In addition to my writing experience, clients have approached me to join and/or lead their social media operations. In these roles, I post content, analyze user response and measure progress.
Businesses were just catching onto the social media revolution when I was hired by a Pennsylvania-based communications firm to meet the social needs of its clients. Since then, one of their top clients has increased in followers by 274% and interaction by 150%. I have learned through experience what works and what doesn’t. The most important lesson? It’s not enough just to launch social media accounts. It’s what you do with them once they launch.
